Maximum attention and all possible time

Would you rather put your child in a class of 40 or 20? Thuis in Vastgoed Real Estate isn’t a volume player. Not by choice. At our office, we never display more than 30 properties; 15 homes per NVM real estate agent. That’s more than enough. We want to give sellers attention. Before, during, and after the transaction. That simply takes time. A lot of time. And that leads to high valuations. Curious about the latest?

An up-to-date level of knowledge

With over 40 years of combined experience in Amsterdam and the surrounding area, and independent since 2005, the NVM-certified real estate agents at Thuis in Vastgoed have a considerable amount of experience. They’ve seen virtually every type of property in almost every neighborhood. So, you could safely call us experienced real estate agents. Real estate agents with a passion for Amsterdam and the real estate/appraising profession.

State-of-the-art workprocesses

To jump over a fence, you have to take a run-up. Selling a house is simply different from selling a bouquet of flowers. The stakes are high. The tension is palpable. The entire process must be completed smoothly and without errors. From the initial sale to the handover of the keys. That requires a solid, thorough approach. With us, no sale begins without a complete (digital) file. This allows us to provide the buyer of your home with all the relevant information. And allows them to make a careful assessment. Without any repairs afterward. Without us having to bother you with all sorts of additional questions during the process.

Complete transparency

The great myth of our time is that technology is communication. Of course, you can also access real-time, 24/7 digital updates on property developments through our office. Statistics are constantly flooding your ears. But that’s not (only) what interests you. You want to know from the agent how the sale is progressing. That’s why we keep you updated after every viewing. Simply by phone. And if the property unexpectedly stays on the market for a while, we’ll schedule regular service meetings with you. We can adjust the price at that time, if necessary. But often, that’s not even necessary. And our approach proves to be truly successful. Even after a while.

Creativity and empathy

Argumentation appeals to reason, presentation to emotion. Buying a house is primarily a matter of feeling. First impressions count. We take this into account when presenting the property. You’re selling your house, not your home. That’s why we prefer to style the property (or have it styled). Only then do the photography, videos, floor plans, and the measurement certificate. This is immediately followed by an extensive presence on every conceivable social media platform, but don’t underestimate the power of the for sale sign. We’ll post that up too, of course. Here too, good preparation is half the battle.

Sense of responsibility and accuracy

Whether it’s a buyer’s or seller’s market, selling a home remains a tense affair. The process must be handled with care. Surprises must be avoided; the stakes are high. This requires commercial skills, but certainly also the necessary accuracy. At Thuis in Vastgoed, every lead is followed up within 8 hours. Every offer is immediately submitted and discussed. We don’t rest until the signatures are in place and the deadlines have expired.
